Business Systems Analyst – (Oracle Fusion ERP)

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Business Process Owners to lead our major ERP implementation across various business processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, and Record to Report. Candidates will be expert in their respective business processes, possessing deep experience in both current operations and best practices for process improvement. They should also have the ability to work without bias, harmonize and influence processes across both sites, and drive efficiency and innovation. Ideal candidates are SMEs in Visual and demonstrate adaptability learning new systems.
**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**
+ Lead the end-to-end enterprise transformation to Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring clear requirements and seamless integration to business operations.
+ Ability to train, facilitate, and coach/mentor/influence functional teams in your scope.
+ Collaborate with various functions to identify, design, map requirements for key business processes.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and accountability to business outcome.
+ Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
+ Lead transformation initiative from concept to implementation, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Utilize project management methodologies to monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver successful outcomes.
+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
+ Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous learning.
+ Mentor and develop team members, building a high-performing and motivated transformation team.
+ This role requires U.S. citizenship in adherence to ITAR, DFARS, and federal compliance standards.
**Job Requirements**
+ 7-10 years of experience in business process ownership or related function.
+ Extensive experience with Infor Visual w/ demonstrated ability to learn and teach new systems.
+ Demonstrated expertise in standardizing business processes and driving process improvement initiatives
+ Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 126,700.00 - 235,300.00
