The analyst will play a key role in overseeing and maintaining several Meetings & Events (M&E) data solutions and will also be the liaison to stakeholders for tactical systems troubleshooting, navigational assistance and support for ad hoc requests falling outside the client analysts’ purview.

What You'll Do:

Oversight of Meetings & Events global data platform, including data/systems ingestion processes, data cleansing, and auditing processes with a focus on ensuring data accuracyOngoing maintenance of data set including quality control, reference table maintenance, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally as it relates to internal data sharing and educationTroubleshooting and resolution of system issues in partnership with GBT technical SME’sLiaise with third party technology providers for the purpose of keeping abreast of functionality enhancements, bug fixes, etc.Identification and implementation of streamlining and automation opportunities for the purpose of enhancing data quality and speed to marketStakeholder Support Request- Available to support requests from internal stakeholders related to systems issues, navigational support and ad hoc data and analytics supportCustomer Satisfaction-Maintain and update Customer Satisfaction Survey database as needed to ensure timely and accurate capture and display of results.Implement new clients, acquire necessary data, build source data integrations.Manage data integrity from sources.Manage user questions, training, presenting to teams, updates to reference materials, etc.Quality Control Platform ManagementImplement new clients and update existing rules as neededManage questions from users, develop and provide training materialsManage tool integrity to minimize false positivesProject manage re-platforming from dev server to official toolIdentify, build and maintain rules to keep client reporting cleanContribute to the design and build of dashboards and visualizations in support of business objectivesReview existing data sets, dashboards and visualizations for the purpose of interpreting trends and creating position pieces on business performance and marketing requests

What We're Looking for:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with and innovating in an enterprise data environmentExperience with visualization tools (i.e., Domo, Tableau, Power BI, SAP BI, etc.)Bachelor’s degree with technology focus or equivalent work experienceAdvanced to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools; Access and Excel are requiredUnderstanding of relational databases and demonstrated proficiency in query writingAbility to work mostly unsupervised. Proven communication and collaboration skills; willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities.Experience troubleshooting and writing VBA codeProficient in database design; specifically, Microsoft Access tables, queries, reports, macros, and formsClient facing experience a plusETL experience a plusKnowledge of the meetings and events industry is preferred, willingness to learn requiredCustomer and service-oriented mindsetAbility to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little directionComfortable with an environment where priorities change frequentlyAbility to work in a fast-moving company and industry
