The Oracle Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Analyst will serve as a key support resource on the Order to Cash Solutions Delivery Group. This role will be part of the Digital Transformation Oracle Back Office organization.
Working primarily within the Oracle EBS 12.2.10 platform, this resource will be responsible mainly for support of the Oracle application issues and also should be able to handle the role for the implementation, enhancement for the Order to Cash and related supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with Supply Chain and manufacturing business users, stakeholders and other cross-functional resources to provide first-hand support issues.
Will be involved in all stages of project implementation namely Business Analysis, Testing, Architecture, and Solution Design.
Will work with Global Process Owners to identify, study, and optimize business processes by providing simple and effective solutions with minimal customizations.
Manage execution of complete Order to cash modules in line with global business processes and their changes.
Identify, assess and document business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising the business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
Triage incidents/problems with Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Service Contracts, Shipping (WMS) systems, manufacturing and work with development teams to perform support activities and enhancements/fixes to provide resolution
Will serve as a liaison between technology and business end-users.
Will promote and implement best practice solutions for both business processes and technology.
Required SkillsMust have deep understanding of the entire Supply Chain process especially Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Service Contracts, Installed Base, AR, Purchasing, manufacturing and integrations across EBS modules and third-party systems
Deep understanding in of concepts like Scheduling, Processing Constraints, Defaulting Rules, MOAC, Pricing Attributes mapping, Dynamic Formula, Modifiers, Qualifiers, Standard, Intercompany and customer specific price lists etc
Excellent knowledge and experience in Oracle Order Management Integration with third party Order Entry applications.
Experience in Salesforce Commerce preferably in an EBS integrated environment
Strong functional experience in integrating Oracle modules with third party systems using Oracle SOA
Expertise in custom pricing and designing pricing solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions.
Excellent critical thinking skills to help address and resolve business issues.
Team player, flexible and ability to resolve conflicts and working with global teams.
Experience in working with both Waterfall as well as Agile project methodologies.
Education and Work Experience8-10+ years experience in Oracle EBS Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay modules
Strong experience in Oracle EBS 12.2.5+, PL/SQL
Experience working in the Jira Software/Service Desk ecosystem
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Experience in the manufacturing industry in SCM/Manufacturing functions.
