Business Systems Analyst

Join our team for an opportunity to embark on an exciting journey to the cloud. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a lead on complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, focusing on regulatory reporting solutions and cloud migrations. You’ll work closely with business units to align technology applications with end-user needs and ensure projects meet established milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the functional lead for complex projects, coordinating across teams, scheduling meetings, and ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives.

Collaborate with business clients to define and document functional specifications, particularly for enterprise-wide initiatives, regulatory changes, or system enhancements.

Prepare and execute test plans and scripts, ensuring application changes meet business requirements and perform as expected. Coordinate with other testing teams and serve as Test Coordinator when needed.

Lead data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business needs.

Liaise with vendors and technical teams to understand project functionality and provide implementation insights.

Scope Management & Risk Control:** Monitor functional specifications and manage change requests to keep projects within scope and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Oversee post-launch activities, including issue resolution, feedback collection, and project debriefs to compare planned and actual outcomes.

Education & Experience Required:

- Minimum of 6 years of combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and lateral thinking abilities.

- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.

Education & Experience Preferred:

- Experience with Axiom Controller View v10.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.

- Knowledge of testing tools like Zephyr.
