Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Waltham, MA. Duties Include: * Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with business partners, cross-functional teams, and other IT teams, to gather detailed business requirements, focused on delivering enterprise data analytics solutions across various data platforms and other data sources (Workday, Data Warehouse, SQL/Oracle databases, applications integrated with Workday SIS, survey data, etc.) * Collaborate with business partners and the developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements to design data architecture objects and enterprise reporting objects (reports and dashboards) * Work across the organization to research and answer complex questions related to enterprise reporting solutions and other systems * Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on business intelligence solutions specific to the project * Work with the Workday project team, data analytics team, data integration and data owners to complete data discovery and profiling to understand source systems and data movement throughout various systems * Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met; Document test scenarios; Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT) including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end-user acceptance signoff * As a Business Systems Analyst, you will troubleshoot problems, test, and work with businesses to resolve issues * Provide training, documentation, and support to business users * Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for data quality and business process improvements
