Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for one of their top clients. This individual will be responsible for writing and refining business requirements for clinical and financial applications 60% of the time to ensure they align with organizational needs. Additionally, they will assist team members with project tasks and accurately document processes to keep all project details organized. This individual will serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and support teams. The remaining 40% will be spent solely supporting healthcare systems and projects including server maintenance, troubleshooting, and handling all support escalations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
