Maintain and support the Universities Oracle Financials Systems
Work cross-functionally across stakeholders and IT team to ensure all errors and tickets are resolved
Resolving problems with automated financial processes, including workflow and data validation issues
Provide expertise for ongoing and new Oracle Financials projects and initiatives
Provide support for day-to-day operations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and managing Oracle support requests and patches
Support month-end and year-end activities in Oracle Cloud
Ensure installation meets end users requirements and quality expectation
