Business Systems Analyst

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

In-depth understanding of the SOX compliance process. Design, enhance, and support Oracle Applications by leveraging business/functional expertise and systems technology to develop effective solutions. Provide ongoing support for Oracle applications across the organization. Identify gaps and design process and technology solutions to meet operational needs and support strategic initiatives. Develop business requirements document and configuration document. Collaborate with the technical team to translate business and functional requirements into technology solutions. Clearly define and communicate the proposed technical solutions through detailed design specifications. Lead iterative solution design and prototyping efforts. Develop system and end-user documentation to support new system implementations, incident management, and enhancement roll outs. Share knowledge with team members as needed. Evaluate Oracle standard functionality to implement efficient solutions, provide technical analysis, and implement systems to achieve the company's objectives. • Create test scripts for the Oracle E-Business Suite and other custom systems. Clearly communicate technical concepts and issues to both technical and functional team members. Collaborate closely with peers and user groups to ensure timely completion of all deliverables. Provide day-to-day production support and coordination with global team members. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Knowledge of data warehouse is a plus.

 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems Minimum 8+ years experience in ORACLE ERP In-depth understanding of the SOX compliance process Coordinating and performing SOX program testing/auditing of ITAC & ITGC. Qualified candidates will have a minimum eight years' experience implementing Oracle supply chain management, manufacturing, finance modules Oracle modules OM, INV, WIP, BOM, WMS, GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash management, costing. Comprehensive understanding of 3PL integration. Oracle Trade management module is strong plus. Oracle Cloud applications is strong plus Understanding of Oracle AIMS methodology and conversant with BR100, MD50, MD70 and test script document preparation and review.  Understanding and experience working with Oracle EBS open interfaces/API's Oracle Applications E-Business Suite 12.1.3/12.2 (EBS) technical understanding  Must be self-motivated, have a strong team orientation, and be able to learn quickly Project Management and good organization skills Good knowledge of Oracle tools (TOAD, SQL Plus)

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $120,000—$145,000 USD
