We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP systems and IT infrastructure. Position Overview: The Business Systems Analyst will focus on optimizing and maintaining ERP system performance, facilitating system integrations, and ensuring efficient data management across platforms. This role will require a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to bridge the gap between business processes and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with data analysis, and a proven ability to connect systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: ERP System Management: + Analyze, implement, and maintain ERP system enhancements to support business objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies and implement solutions. + Work with key stakeholders to define business requirements and configure ERP processes to align with operational goals. System Integration & Data Analysis: + Ensure systems and applications communicate effectively, including ERP, EDI, and other business-critical systems. + Analyze data flows and system performance to identify areas for optimization. + Develop and execute data analysis projects that support decision-making and operational efficiency. Reporting & Analytics: + Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and other reporting tools to provide insights into business operations. + Utilize data visualization and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for management review. Technical Expertise: + Leverage experience with SQL, C#, and other technical tools to support system development, maintenance, and issue resolution. + Troubleshoot system and data issues, collaborating with IT and business teams to resolve conflicts. Collaboration & Communication: + Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to align system capabilities with organizational needs. + Work cross-functionally to support project initiatives and enhance team understanding of system processes and opportunities. IT Generalist Support: + Maintain a broad understanding of IT functions to support other initiatives as needed, offering a well-rounded approach to system management and process improvement. Requirements + Several years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. + Proven experience in data analysis and system integration (connecting ERP with other systems to streamline workflows). + Proficiency with SQL for database queries and analysis. + Familiarity with SSRS for reporting and visualization development. + Strong understanding of EDI processes and workflows. + Experience with C# development or familiarity with .NET-based solutions. + Generalist IT experience supporting other technical projects or IT functions. + A collaborative, proactive mindset and proven ability to problem-solve in a team environment.
