Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Jericho, New York. This role will involve providing support for financial systems, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with various departments to understand and meet their system requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with different departments to comprehend and cater to their system requirements
• Support the financial systems at the heart of the business operations
• Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure security and accessibility
• Troubleshoot application issues, providing solutions to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure rigorous systems testing and maintain comprehensive documentation of the process
• Provide assistance during internal and external audits to maintain financial transparency
• Handle application support duties to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
• Use SQL queries and other tools for data management and analysis
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Conduct annual internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records Requirements • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Proficiency in business systems is a key requirement for this role.
• Applicants should have extensive knowledge and experience working with financial systems.
• Experience with MRI and MRI Software is a necessary qualification for this position.
• Candidates should be able to write and execute SQL queries, demonstrating a solid understanding of SQL.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Candidates should have experience conducting annual external audits, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of audit procedures and regulations.
• Experience with annual internal audits is also required, indicating the candidate's ability to assess and improve internal processes.
