THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST\n

This is a full-time data analytics position with a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. While core hours will be established with your manager based on needs, occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Expect up to 10% travel, primarily local during business hours, with occasional overnight trips.\n

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for reporting and operational data analysis at VTech. Your day will start by collaborating with cross-regional teams to oversee new system implementations, ensuring seamless integration of tools like Oracle ERP and custom business applications. You will troubleshoot system issues and lead the charge in standardizing reporting processes across various platforms, including MicroStrategy. Whether you are designing test plans, analyzing business requirements, or maintaining the integrity of reporting systems, your role will keep you at the forefront of strategic decision-making. Throughout the day, you will communicate effectively with team members, both locally and internationally, and ensure that the systems you manage operate flawlessly.\n

OUR IDEAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST\n\n5+ years of experience in data analytics or business systems analysis\nBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field\nKnowledge of SQL and scripting languages (PL\/SQL is a bonus)\nFamiliarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or similar platforms\nStrong project management skills\nGreat problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications\n\n

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and a strong understanding of project management (PRINCE & PMP etc.) are required. . A master's degree is also preferred.\n

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$120,000 + bonus potential + excellent benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
