About the Opportunity Driscoll’s Information Services (IS) department is responsible for maintaining and developing digital services and solutions to support and enable the Driscoll’s business, growers and customers. Global IS operates in a rapid changing business environment that embarked on a significant digital transformation journey. The Global Information Services (IS) function operates through a global structure and is organized in departments by IT expertise. This role is located at our corporate headquarters and serves the Americas region (USA, Canada, Mexico, and parts of South America). The Business Engagement Team consists of Business System Analysts (BSAs) and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and are the key liaison between the business and the Global Information Services function. Together with our business partners, the BSA captures/documents business requirements, plans/facilitates end user testing, assists the project team with the successful delivery of software products/services, while ensuring the defined strategic business goals are met.
