Summary: This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can push back when necessary and advocate for the best customer experience. The ideal candidate should be a driver capable of gathering and documenting requirements, working with stakeholders, and presenting insights to leadership. Responsibilities: * Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and implemented * Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows * Use JIRA to track progress and manage requirements efficiently * Present insights and updates to leadership, including quarterly bot pod performance and future plans * As a Business Systems Analyst, you will advocate for optimal customer experiences by pushing back on requests that may not align with best practices * Work closely with bot owners and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward
