As an IT Business Analyst at Liberty Hardware, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the seamless execution of IT and business projects. This role requires a strong analytical mentality, problem-solving abilities, and superb communication skills to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing comprehensive business analysis artifacts, such as business requirements, use cases, business models, and process flow diagrams.
Detailing "current state" and "future state" requirements and business processes with precision.
Bringing to bear your extensive ERP systems knowledge (specifically JDE) to enhance business operations.
Collaborating with various teams, including finance, accounting, procurement, planning, sales, order management, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and IT, to formulate and design solutions.
Partnering with internal and external customers, as well as IT resources, throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and support phases.
Ensuring initiatives deliver outstanding business value, meet goals and objectives, and closely adhere to business needs.
Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions.
Developing and adhering to detailed project plans with clear tasks and results, ensuring the successful completion of initiatives.
Leading and effectively running large, complex projects.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers and consistently providing outstanding customer service.
Leading and participating in user acceptance testing and confirming requirements prior to deployment.
Assisting in maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications as needed.
Demonstrating a solid grasp of key business applications, particularly ERP and WMS, and guiding the business in effectively using this functionality to streamline processes.
Providing expert support and mentorship in aligning end-user roles with security options within our standards and audit guidelines.
Demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills to ensure positive and effective sharing of ideas across all organizational levels.
Leading multiple priorities with ease and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Embracing a continuous improvement approach, proactively seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies, refine processes, and reduce costs within IT and throughout the business.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and continually striving to keep skills current.

Effectively managing requests from the business, including prioritising new requests and assigning priorities.
Education & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience in application development or equivalent education and experience.
A minimum of five years' work experience with JDEdwards financial modules, distribution models, and JDE Tools.
At least two years' experience bridging business needs with IT solutions.
Project Management education or experience is a plus.
Analytic experience in WMS, Operations, and Shipping is preferred but not required.
