Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join our team and support our CRM, ERP, CPQ, and other company program initiatives.  This role involves working closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsAnalyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvementMaintain detailed project plans and timelinesProvide training and support to end-usersConduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-makingEnsure data integrity and security within Salesforce Sales CloudWork with other departments and vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems, including Oracle JD Edwards and CPQSupport other company program initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SalesforceExperience with ERP and CPQ platformsProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specific Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Account EngagementExperience with JD Edwards and CPQ from OracleKnowledge of Oracle & SQL for database managementFamiliarity with project management methodologies
