Kimley-Horn is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our business team in the Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office. This is not a remote position.
ResponsibilitiesThe Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applications and processes including automation platforms, Deltek Costpoint, and other custom web applications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day maintenance and administration support for UiPath, Deltek Costpoint, and custom web applications Be the Finance team’s point of contact to provide hands-on support and escalate issues Monitor the ServiceNow helpdesk tickets received and perform level 1 troubleshooting and resolution for users’ technical issues including hands-on support Escalate issues to IT team members for advanced troubleshooting Work with finance and IT departments to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently Assist in testing automations, enhancements, updates, and system changes to the current applications Generate and maintain admin and user documentation, including training and reference materials Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of applicable experience Excellent client service skills including vetting initial request through problem resolution Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions Confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environment Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements Ability to work in teams, manage multiple tasks Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude Experience with UiPath, Power Platform, Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plus Experience with virtual machines and cloud computing infrastructure a plus Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
