PURPOSE/SCOPE:
Tennant is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide support to the Louisville Operations – Distribution and Logistics function. This role would be responsible for collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, analyzing data to deliver logical conclusions, and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency and/or business performance.
GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES:
+ Use data from company systems (primarily SAP) to create reports and dashboards within Power BI supporting operational needs
+ Explore and recommend different operational and/or process solutions including risks, benefits, and business impacts
+ Provide data to support and assist in the preparation of presentations by compiling data, developing formats and materials
+ Responsible for creating and maintaining relevant process documentation; including work instructions or training material
+ Support system data needs for process improvement opportunities
+ Act as a subject matter expert or liaison between the operations and technical support teams
+ Support ERP system configuration or development changes through testing and validation
+ Contribute to the operations team by assisting in other activities or projects as requested by manager
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications in a related field of study preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a business, systems, data, or reporting analyst
+ SAP ERP experience strongly preferred, including SAP ECC, S4/Hana, WMS, Angles, BW
+ Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Access, and Power BI
+ Able to work independently on moderately complex projects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to perform the below physical requirements as needed to complete tasks
+ Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time
+ Occasional exposure to non-climate-controlled environment on the production floor.
+ Moderate stooping, kneeling, bending, or reaching
+ May be surrounded by moderate noise (ex. Machinery, power equipment, computers, phones)
+ Occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
+ Adherence to all PPE and safety requirements.
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $61,500 - 91,900 Annualized
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
