NOTE: This is a Hybrid position. Candidates can work 3 days onsite either in Irvine, CA or Downtown Los Angeles

One of our clients is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with the following skills and experience:

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of investment operations (Wealth Management, Asset Management).Solid understanding of the business complexities of investment operations and the technology that supports them.Demonstrated experience in workflow automation, including working with platforms such as Appian, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.Ability to assess business needs and identify the most suitable technology solutions to solve problems (not a coding role but strong technical acumen).Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to view challenges from different perspectives and come up with creative solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
