This role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology. Business Analysis Planning

Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilitiesDevelop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimatesManage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate partiesDefine the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodologyLead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities Requirements Analysis and DocumentationFacilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviewApply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groupsAnalyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodologyAnalyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodologyVerify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholdersBuild and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standardsProvide consulting services to business stakeholders such as:Assist in developing evaluation criteria of 3rd party vendorsAssist in evaluation of 3rd party vendor solutions and requirementsPartner with 3rd party vendors to ensure that the vendor requirements documentation:Adheres to company standards and/or structured and consumable by the project teamProvides coverage of the scope requirementsIntegrates into requirements repositories for future reference and re-use Requirements Management and SupportPrepare requirements for review applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessionsApply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementationCommunicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business prioritiesResolve conflicts/issues on behalf of BA team and escalate as requiredSupport QA in development of the Functional System test casesValidate that Functional System test plan and test cases have full coverage of the critical requirementsSupport Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarificationsSupport UAT and PIV activities including planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis for requirements-related issuesSupport the development of the end-user documentation and training Systems AnalysisReview, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies.Define scope and objectives.Understand how systems are configuredDocument system requirements.Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Test Planning and ExecutionUnderstand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.Organize the testing kick-off meetingDevelop test conditions to validate business requirements.Execute UAT scripts and complete problem logs. If applicable, validate accuracy of user materialsParticipate in resolution/retest of issues (defect and regression)Must-have skillset:5+ years of experience in the financial industry5+ years of strong business analyst skills in eliciting, gathering, and documenting requirements5+ years of strong technical and data mapping skills. examples such as data mapping batch transactions to API formats, knowledge of the trading life cycle, basic SQL query experience, and understanding of data lakes/repositories

Hourly rate between $20 - $125 per hour
