Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst focused on Data Integration Projects to join our team in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting business and technical needs, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical needs for Data Integration projects • Support small-sized projects in the realm of Data Integration • Increase business acumen through active learning and application • Facilitate interviews and discussions with business and technology stakeholders • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned project teams • Gain a basic understanding of annuity concepts and apply this knowledge as needed • Tailor communication to suit the audience, ensuring clear and effective message delivery • Encourage and assist team members in recognizing the need for change • Develop skills to create business and functional requirements, producing necessary artifacts. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly on Data Integration Projects • Extensive knowledge and experience in Business Systems • Experience working in Agile Scrum environment is a must • Proven experience with Backlog Grooming • Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Process Functions • Capability to develop and manage a comprehensive Business Requirement Document • Strong skills in Data Interpretation for decision-making processes • Ability to Analyze Business Requirements and translate them into effective solutions • Experience or knowledge in Annuities is highly desirable Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
