Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our primary ERP system, PRONTO. You will be responsible for driving improvements across critical modules such as Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management. In this pivotal position, you will provide expert support to our Philippines and Singapore OceanaGold business units, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to global policies and standards. Some key accountabilities include:
Deliver Level 2 support for PRONTO and its integrations across various functional areas.Support various IT Audit processes and lead audit remediation activities as needed.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and usability.Adhere to established Change Management processes, including working within a 3 Tier environment and utilising ServiceNow.Educate and support key users through training sessions and the provision of appropriate documentation.Collaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Engineering, Help Desk, and Corporate, to align on project goals and support needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related fieldsMinimum 4 years experience using Business Applications and ERP Systems.Relevant experience in ERP support and implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience using PRONTO ERP – Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, Maintenance Management (advantageous) or similar ERP systems like MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Sage.Additional InformationGreat opportunities for career advancement with an international mining companyProfessional development skills training opportunities providedShort Term and Long Term Bonus IncentivesMakati based roleCheck us out - https://oceanagold.com/
