It is an ONSITE position. CGI is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems such as Quipware, Sage, NDS, and EBS, as well as extensive knowledge of Salesforce and Business Central. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of ERP and CRM systems to meet business objectives. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze and understand business processes, workflows, and system integrations in ERP systems (Quipware, Sage, NDS….). • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. • Gather Business Requirements, AS IS processes (finance, Order to cash, procure tp pay, inventory and service order management) and create TO BE business process • Customize and configure ERP and CRM systems, particularly Business Central and Salesforce, to meet business needs. • Work with development teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions based on business requirements. • Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for ERP and Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. • Conduct system testing, data validation, and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT). • Provide training and support to end users on ERP and CRM systems. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for optimization. • Stay upto date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ERP and CRM systems. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with ERP systems (Quipware, Sage, NDS, Business Central, EBS). • Strong experience with Salesforce and Business Central is required. • Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement business process improvements in ERP and CRM environments. • Excellent understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and reporting. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. • Experience with Project management tools, JIRA • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with ERP consolidation, data migration and system upgrades. • Experience in managing ERP or Salesforce implementation projects. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200- $173,500.
