Job Description: A top-tier company in the manufacturing and distribution industry is on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst to drive the successful implementation and optimization of their ERP (Syteline) system. This key role is essential for enhancing business processes and spearheading continuous improvement through cutting-edge technology. Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Syteline in a manufacturing/distribution environment. Experience with Syteline modules and system integrations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing ERP systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Understand and support business practices within the Syteline system. Document and manage business requirements and processes. Assist with system testing, configuration, and training. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources. Maintain system documentation and ensure seamless data integration with other applications.

Location: This is a fully onsite position at the facility in Bartlett, IL.
