Business Systems Analyst - Gong Specialist

About the Role

Assist different teams in the management of the Gong Instance 

Manage and maintain Gong ‘Company Settings’ including: 

Users and User Profiles 

Integrations with other platforms like Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and Genesys 

Trackers and Custom Vocabulary 

Company Library and Streams 

Create and Manage Deal Dashboards 

Troubleshoot technical issues 

Export Reports 

Work off hours (time zone) depending on the needs of the team 

 

About You

Experience working in Gong 

Experience working as Gong Business Administrator/Technical Administrator a plus 

Experience working with Salesforce (Account/Contacts/Opportunity Object) and/or Salesforce Administrator a plus 

Comfortable working with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams 

 

Current Tasks 

Manage and maintain Gong ‘Company Settings’ including: 

Users and User Profiles 

Integrations with other platforms like Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and Genesys 

Trackers and Custom Vocabulary 

Company Library and Streams 

Create and Manage Deal Dashboards 

Troubleshoot technical issues 

Export Reports as needed 

Monthly User Usage report for the AI Adoption Dashboard 

Demos for different teams 

UAT Testing for Gong 

UAT Testing for Gong and Salesforce integration 

User import request for the ‘Gong_Integration’ Public Group in Salesforce GSI 

Participate in Team Onboarding and Training Sessions 

Office Hours for current teams 

User Training
