Summary The DNS team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud experience to develop/modify transactional email/push/SMS/Letter templates, implement personalization variables (AMPScript basics), validate Data Extension mappings, and support journey/triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring. SMS/Push exposure and comfort reading simple API specs are nice‑to‑have. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure backend templates align with business workflows, analyzing systems and data, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes.
