About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About the team:
Part of our Service Reliability Engineering organisation, you’ll be joining the new “Centre of Excellence” team who are tasked with driving consistency, best practice, reporting and process excellence throughout our technology organisations. Be ready to use your expertise to drive change and influence those around you towards better ways of working, for a small team we have a lot of focus and influence – we have some exciting challenges ahead!
What you will be doing:
Producing and sharing high quality reporting on our teams, processes and services
Working with Excel
Analyzing data to identity areas of focus and driving improvements
What you will need:
Bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
An in-depth understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management.
Strong ServiceNow experience and knowledge of reporting capabilities.
Experience with data analyze.
Experience with Excel
Experience working and partneringr with stakeholders of all levels.
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge/experience of the payment industry and the lifecycle of a payment
