A financial services company is seeking a business systems analyst to join their team. This person will gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ability to work in SCRUM/Agile team, manage all Sprint ceremonies. Create workflows, processes, and data models; collaborate with engineers to build scalable solutions and work with QA team to develop test plans, identify bugs, and ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards.

***Expected to come on site 1 day a week (preferably Tuesdays)
