Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Analyst/Super User to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules. With at least 5 years of hands-on experience, you will support, manage change, and train and support our factory teams on our SAP system to meet the evolving needs of the business. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Training & User Support: Act as a super user and provide training and support to end-users. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency in SAP MM and PP. Serve as a point of contact for user inquiries and system-related questions. Process Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP MM and PP related processes and answer questions from factory users. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations. Test planning & execution: Create detailed test plans that include test scenarios, test cases, test data requirements, and expected outcomes. Prepare and manage test data required for executing the test cases. Execute functional test cases to verify that the SAP system performs as expected according to the business requirements. Facilitate UAT by coordinating with business users to validate the system against their requirements. Process Improvement & Documentation: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the SAP MM and PP modules. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimize system performance. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and enhancements. Project Management: Lead and participate in SAP-related projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver project objectives. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on project status to management. Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the SAP MM and PP modules. Perform regular data audits and cleanups to maintain high-quality data standards. Develop and implement data management best practices.

Qualifications

Education: 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 

Experience: 

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP MM and PP modules. Proven track record of supporting and optimizing SAP systems in a manufacturing or similar environment. 

Technical Skills: 

 

Strong knowledge of SAP MM and PP module functionalities and integration points. Proficiency in SAP functionalities, navigation, testing, and change management.  

Soft Skills: 

 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
