Business Systems Analyst III - Document Management Systems 119057 Zurich North America is currently hiring a Business Systems Analysis III who will work out of our Schaumburg, IL North America HQ in a hybrid schedule. This person will report to an Application Delivery Manager within Enterprise Solutions working with document management systems. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate requirement sessions, elicit, elaborate, and document business requirements and user stories. • Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Design and Architectural decisions. • Should be familiar in creating Business process flows, data flow artifacts. • Use data query tools to perform data analysis and validation. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project progress and outcomes. • Support application and integration testing, implementation, and training activities throughout the process to ensure original requirements are met, assists quality assurance with the creation and execution of acceptance testing as needed. • Supports post-implementation activities, support the analysis to identify root cause and problem solving. • Support triaging business requests. Required: • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 6 or more years (8 or more for BSA III) of experience in the Information Technology area OR • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more (10 or more for BSA III) years of experience in the Information Technology area AND • Experience with process modeling tools • Insurance application system design/analysis experience • Experience with use case development • Experience with SQL querying Preferred: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of P&C - Commercial Insurance, Claims, or Underwriting processes preferred. • Experience working with Content Management systems (FileNet desired) highly preferred. • Experience working with tools and systems for digitizing and categorizing documents including OCR and Ai and data extraction highly preferred. • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies. • Experience with Jira • Strong experience using Microsoft Office • Experience modeling business processes using Visio. • Relevant certifications in Business System Analysis or related field are a plus. • Agile Certification – CSM, CPO etc. are a plus At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled.
