CACI is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst with ADVANA/Jupiter experience to support USFFC N41 working under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) II contract at Naval Station Norfolk..

Gather data, develop metrics and dashboards, provide analytical support, and create a wide range of graphics-based presentations to support evaluation of performance and progress toward established goals.

The Opportunity:
• Research and prepare logistics related briefing papers, presentations, and point papers
• Research and prepare assessment reports.
• Develop draft ships life cycle administrative reports.
• Review system drawings against configuration baselines and prepare report of findings.
• Perform physical inventories and report findings.
• Develop new Allowance Parts Listings and Allowance Equipage Listings.
• Process data files for external sources.
• Perform database quality assurance and required updates.
• Generate standardized and AD-HOC reports.
• Develops, analyzes, and conducts operational research and audits
• Provides in-depth analysis via Advana and Jupiter, generating current operations reports to further refine policy / guidance for deployed forces  


Qualifications:
Required: 

• Secret clearance-Must be Current
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
• Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics Automated Information Systems (AIS) management
• As a substitute, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AIS management. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category. 
• Requires skill set to utilize different types of business intelligence software to formulate reports in Advana/Jupiter.
• Tasking/Training to leverage NSWC Corona’s systems and tools for data analysis.

Desired:
• Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Proficient in database schema design based on client requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
