Job Summary:
Ledcor is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst & Quality Assurance professional to join us on a full-time permanent basis. In your new position you will be responsible for ensuring that integration and automation solutions are meeting the needs of the business. You will achieve this through collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, develop documentation, and perform quality assurance testing on automation processes and integrations.Reporting to the Manager, Integration & Automation Services you will manage the resource requests for the integration team and moderate design thinking workshops to facilitate innovative solution development.

Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define integration and automation requirements, and create detailed business and functional documentation to guide the development processLead design thinking workshops, engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, identify solutions, and ensure alignment on integration and automation strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve business processes using integration and automation solutionsEnsure the accuracy, performance, and security of integration and automation solutions by developing comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and utilizing tools such as Ranorex to automate testing and defect trackingEnsure alignment with business requirements and proactively address defects or discrepanciesManage resource requests for the integration team, ensuring optimal allocation of team members and tools to meet project needs and deadlines. Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of projects while balancing competing prioritiesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information systems, computer science etc is required4+ years experience in a business analysis and quality assurance position, preferably in integration and automation projectsFamiliarity with integration tools such as Boomi, Workday Studio, PowerApps, and GoAnywhereStrong knowledge of test automation tools, particularly Postman, SonarCloud, and RanorexExperience in facilitating workshops and managing resource allocationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsIntegration Tools Expertise: Proficiency with integration platforms such as Boomi, Workday Studio, PowerApps, and GoAnywhere to design and implement seamless automation solutionsQuality Assurance and Testing: In-depth knowledge of QA processes, including experience with test automation tools like Postman, SonarCloud, and Ranorex for creating and executing automated test scriptsDevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps tools and SonarCloud for managing CI/CD pipelines, code quality assurance, and defect tracking in integration projectsRequirements Gathering and Documentation: Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, with experience in business process modeling and workflow analysisFacilitation Skills: Experience moderating design thinking workshops, guiding cross-functional teams to innovate and develop business-driven integration solutionsAPI and Web Services: Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns to support scalable and secure automation solutionsAdditional Information:
