Job summary: Title: Business Systems Analyst - Remote Location: Atlanta, GA, USA Length and terms: Long term - W2 or C2C Position created on 02/14/2025 03:28 pm Job description: **** Webcam interview; *** Long term project *** Remote - but prefers candidates from Texas location *** Job Description: + Business Systems Analyst (integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP). + 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP + Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements. + Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle. + Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. + Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. + Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications. + Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements. + Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives. + Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements. + Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. + Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories. + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Should be well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture.
