Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. This position will be Remote to the Northern Capital DC area as on site work may be required as necessary. What you will do Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to capture changes to current system processes and document these into system requirement document (SRD) which will require SME sign-off Works with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development Works with the client and the Cognitive development team to build user stories ensuring the team has full understanding of requirements and business process Collaborate with QA and Development team members to support System release efforts working in an agile environment Support UAT testing sessions Develop overview material to be disseminated to internal staff with the deployment of each release Provide support for special projects as identified by client management Serve as a production support resource to help identify root cause and provide proper resolution to the Production Support team and/or the System user Conduct weekly project team meeting for multiple systems Coordinate and collaborate with other Systems with regards to enhancement integration, testing efforts and other items as defined by the client Actively work in the client’s CR tracking system, JIRA to ensure that all required documentation is properly maintained What you need to have Minimum of 3 years’ experience documenting requirements and leading requirements analysis sessions with the proven ability to help understand a problem and work with SMEs to identify and capture the proposed solution Should have the ability to work closely with the COR and be able to form and maintain good working relationships with members of other IT teams, the Project Sponsor, operational management team members and the Bank's business subject matter experts Demonstrated experience leading system and user acceptance testing including development of end-user training documentation, user stories, and test case scenarios Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written) Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and very good interpersonal skills Should be able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Ability to think big picture while paying attention and absorbing the details Demonstrate the ability to identify a problem and work with SMEs to formulate a resolution by offering options, assessing the impact and collaborating to determine the most effective solution Experience working with the JIRA Software to support agile software development activities Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage workload & deliverables under tight deadlines Keen attention to detail and demonstrates the ability to multi-task Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Access and Vision What we'd like you to have Scrum Master Certification About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
