About the role:

Plan core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.Translate user requirements to development team features and user stories.

What you will be doing:

Deliver working solutions to our clients.Build an understanding of the product on a technical and functional level, understand the context of our clients, participate in solution design, drive development and testing activities, deliver solutions that address the business needs of our clients.Work closely with the Solution Architect and QA Engineers to ensure effective coordination during the project development and delivery processesActively participate in the relevant SCRUM rituals within your team (Planning Meeting, Stand-up, Retrospective, Demo, Backlog review meetings, etc.).Develop new, enhance and configure existing features for the project/product.Develop automated testing (unit and integration test) participate (and automate) functional testing.

What you bring:

Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.Participate in requirements gathering, features, user stories creationKnowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software developmentProficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.Analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, strong initiative, good time management skillsEnthusiastic, team-building attitude, good communication skillsWilling to work in/build an Agile teamAbility to meet deadlines, goals and objectivesAbility to persuade and influence others on the best approach to takeAbility to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completedExcellent knowledge of English
