Position summary:
The Business Systems Analyst (or Senior) is responsible for supporting the business needs of all Gas Supply and Transportation Services (GSTS) software applications. The systems will include Quorum applications (My Quorum Pipeline Transaction, Flowcal, TESTit) and Openlink Endur. Support will include scoping enhancements, project managing upgrades, day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting, vendor management and capital budgeting. The position will work closely with IT to ensure seamless system operations for all internal and external users.
Pay Range:$60,000 - $90,150 / Grade 11 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)

Essential Functions:
• Liaise with corporate IT to support Gas Supply and Transportation Services software applications to ensure business continuity.
• Manage software capital and O&M budgeting for all applications that reside within the Gas Supply and Transportation Services budget.
• Project manage all software enhancements, patches and upgrades, to include user acceptance testing, parallel testing and go-live deployments.
• Manage vendor relationships, training requirements, trouble/critical tickets and invoices.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Analytics to fully leverage business reporting needs using enterprise reporting solutions, primarily PowerBI.
• Establish and maintain reporting environments and specific reports for easy business self-service reporting, to include instructing team members on how best to access, query and utilize data out of our systems.
• Maintain day-to-day monitoring processes to ensure all system processes are running without error.
• Assist with SOX, compliance, audit and risk activities. Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Provide superior internal customer service to Gas Supply, System Scheduling, IT, Measurement, Credit/Risk and Enterprise Data Analytics, to ensure seamless system operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Represent GSTS in enterprise data and technology working groups and forums.
• Provide system training and support to team members.
What Is Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of work or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
What Is Desired:
• 1-3 years of gas industry or IT project management experience preferred.
• Experience with the Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management (QPTM) system is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, preference for advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with a team in an open office environment.
