Resource Innovations is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Software Implementation Lead to join our growing team. As a Business Systems Analyst - Software Implementation Lead with Resource Innovations, you will support utility energy-efficiency program delivery with software system design, configuration, and maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing program configurations, building and iterating on those designs, testing those builds, and launching/maintaining the programs. It involves a high level of problem-solving within the company’s SaaS platforms, and effective communication with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients (both technical and non-technical). The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the utility energy efficiency industry and can demonstrate broad working knowledge of software industry elements.

Duties and responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies, catering specifically to utilities, transmission, and distribution system operators. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business drivers, key use cases, and high-level objectives to develop tailored, advanced solutions. Provide technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management and clean energy technologies for utilities. Gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of Resource Innovations' SaaS platforms, serving as a senior advisor and key user. Drive the enhancement of efficiency in both internal and external systems and workflows, aligning with Resource Innovations' strategic business goals. Oversee the preparation of detailed gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and the development of comprehensive Technical Requirements and Specification Documents. Provide senior-level consulting on product configuration, launch, and offer ongoing system support for a suite of Energy Efficiency management products. Manage the full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and project guidelines. Lead the implementation of business logic, user interfaces, and databases, collaborating closely with clients’ technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of implemented systems. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Other duties as assigned.
