About the Role:

Responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions aligned to business strategy. 

What You Will Do:

Evaluates processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and develops solutions. Establishes specifications for new projects by developing project scope and key activities. Documents and communicates the results of analytical efforts. Verifies with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs and ensures completed work aligns with initiative scope. Analyzes data to inform business decisions. Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize. Determines system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users. Completes management reporting and obtains approval for system development projects. Efficiently integrates new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services. Reports common patterns, questions, and other issues to management. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Salary range:  $71,883.22 – $132,757.01

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
