We are currently seeking a Business / Systems Analysts to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Requisition Details:  

Job Title: Business / Systems Analysts

Key Responsibilities: 

Communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders through working closely with business users, technical or healthcare professionals to gather information, provide support, and ensure smooth collaboration. Gather and document requirements through collecting, analyzing, and documenting business or technical requirements to support process or system improvements. Provide business or technical support through troubleshooting, training/guidance, and maintaining systems. Ability to analyze current processes and identify ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency. Ensure industry regulation compliance (HIPAA, etc.), maintain security standards, and protect data confidentiality.  

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, business administration, a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering), or related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.  Ability to ask probing questions and extract detailed information from stakeholders.  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office) or Google Sheets (Google Suite) Time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey findings and recommendations to a diverse audience, including customers, IT staff, and business leaders.

Experience with Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office) or Google Sheets (Google Suite)
