Job Summary

Works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts and user acceptance testing.

The analyst role is responsible for ensuring that sponsor group configurations align with the business rules, benefits offerings, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards. Claims processing experience with QNXT is highly preferred.


 

Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Define Sponsor Group Structure: Establish the hierarchical structure for
sponsor groups (e.g., parent companies, subsidiaries, or divisions) based on
organizational requirements.
• Determine and configure the group-level settings, such as:
o Group ID and group name.
o Employer or sponsor type (e.g., employer, government entity,
association).
o Group’s eligibility criteria for plan enrollment.
• Set up billing rules for sponsor groups, including premium calculations,
payment schedules and billing frequencies
• Configure sponsor groups in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. ACA,
HIPAA)
• Configure and maintain sponsor group contracts and service agreements
including renewal or termination dates and status
• Set up sponsor records including sponsor contact information and address
• Perform end to end testing for sponsor group setup to validate configurations
are accurate
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while
maintaining high quality standards
