Job Description:
What will you do?
Partner with business and other stakeholders, vendors, application development and testing teams to ensure quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our business partners and clients.
Understand the technical and operational challenges and objectives that may impact the rollout of an application/process. Use that to drive discussions about solutions and risk mitigation.
Serve as the primary contact for our Enterprise CAPTCHA solution including supporting our vendor management processes, regular check-ins and being the liaison for business areas looking to expand its use as a MarTech product.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert to assist the front-line operations support team in resolving escalations and technical issues related to Enterprise CAPTCHA and other products within the MarTech stack.
Support MarTech initiatives in general; facilitating the gathering of requirements, and documentation of key processes and solutions.
Understand our rollout processes; anticipate any technical or operational challenges that could potentially impact the business; work cohesively with key partners to identify and address any issues that may surface.
Promote learning within the team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices
Work in a way that centres the client experience, and continues to meet the needs and expectations of our business partners
Establish and maintain trusted advisory roles with clients by gathering and analyzing information to provide recommendations that address and resolve business issues.

What do you need to succeed?
A College or University degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis or equivalent experience
An expert in the application of business systems analysis core competencies with 7 to 10+ years of digital experience.
A technical aptitude and curiosity in Digital Technology with strong understanding of Web Frontend technologies and concepts
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong vendor management experience
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate succinctly with various stakeholders to coordinate rollout schedule
Experience with analysis and modelling for both processes and data
Ability to think critically about issues, evaluate problems and question assumptions
Ability to work with others in a team setting, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change
Advocate for solutions and changes that improve the client’s experience
Ability to self-organize and plan work and manage time effectively
Ability to make good use of information from many mediums, as well as summarize and document information for team or business consumption
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take responsibility for professional growth

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
