The Director in this role will lead a team of internal business process and system subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as manage the relationship and service of our indirect AMS (Application Managed Service) who is contracted for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and will ensure business processes run effectively with maximum availability and security, as well as ensuring scalability and prioritized upgrades and enhancements as well as seamless integrations. The Americas SAP ERP CoE owns support, enhancements and integrations in SAP S4 Finance, Order to Cash (OTC) as well as SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and integrations to RedPrarie Warehouse Management Solution as well as multiple upstream and downstream systems within the ecosystem.
