**What You Can Expect**
The IT Director, Business Systems in this role is responsible for developing the short to mid-term strategy and leading the operational direction and execution of the Americas SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Center of Excellence (CoE). The Director in this role will lead a team of internal business process and system subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as manage the relationship and service of our indirect AMS (Application Managed Service) who is contracted for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and will ensure business processes run effectively with maximum availability and security, as well as ensuring scalability and prioritized upgrades and enhancements as well as seamless integrations.
The Americas SAP ERP CoE owns support, enhancements and integrations in SAP S4 Finance, Order to Cash (OTC) as well as SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and integrations to RedPrarie Warehouse Management Solution as well as multiple upstream and downstream systems within the ecosystem. Systems failures can negatively impact regional and global sales, finance and distribution processes.

+ Ensure accountability to commitments and realignment to updated priorities and timing.
+ Application owner for SAP S4 and SAP EWM systems.
+ Partner with functional business process owners and IT colleagues to align on project demand priorities and annual roadmap timing.
+ Ensure system availability, stability and security in partnership with respective IT CoEs.
+ Establish and manage the change release cadence prioritization, release and change management, and lead integrations into the environment
+ Manage direct and indirect AMS team to delivery on incident service level agreements (SLAs)
+ Ensure successful month, quarter and annual financial close processes
+ Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and team member performance
+ Adapt and enable scalable solutions to support innovation and cost effectiveness
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Deep knowledge and understanding of technical and functional aspects of SAPs S4 OTC and Finance modules and SAP EWM and integration to other warehouse systems like RedPrairie.
+ Understand how to manage an ERP in Highly regulated and validated environment and industry
+ Able to simplify complex concepts to ensure maximum understanding with non-technical partners
+ Lead and ensure service delivery through remote direct team members and indirect AMS partner.

**Your Background**
+ Bachelor’s degree & 10+ years relevant experience; or Associate’s degree & 12+ years relevant experience.
+ 5+ years’ experience working within or across order management and distribution warehousing, work with 3rd party logistics partners is a plus.
**Travel Expectations**
+ Travel: Up to 20% anticipated in Americas
+ Standard Business Hours are between 8am – 5pm ET, with production and distribution 24/7.
+ Work Classification: Partially Remote with regular site work in Warsaw, Indiana
This role has a salary range of $185,000-$230,000 annually with additional compensation available through bonus opportunities.
