Business Systems Liaison

General Description

The Business System Liaison within the Business Operational Support unit is responsible for administering the CACS application. This includes managing data, ensuring system functionality, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling various tasks related to the application without external assistance. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation, resolving incidents, ensuring system controls, coordinating new requests and updates, developing reports and dashboards, and administering web applications for Popular Bank.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The primary function involves administering the CACS application, which includes managing data, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Application Management: Managing various tasks related to the CACS application without assistance from TMD or Evertec, such as handling new requests, analyzing data, and maintaining security and compliance. Documentation and Reporting: Responsible for maintaining technical documentation, such as infrastructure diagrams, process flows, contingency plans, and test scripts. Incident Management: Analyzing and resolving incidents, documenting solutions, and referring issues to the appropriate units or external providers. System Controls and Validations: Ensures system controls are implemented correctly, analyzes data for system functionality, and authorizes daily processes like letter dispatches Project Implementation: Coordinates and implements new requests and updates related to corporate projects, ensuring thorough documentation and testing. Project Management: Managing technology projects to improve services and metrics, analyzing requirements, and collaborating with TMD for application upgrades. Report and Dashboard Development: Develops reports and dashboards as per the requirements of the Individual Lending Services Division, using tools like Power BI and Cognos. Web Application Administration: Administering web applications for Popular Bank, managing user access, validating documentation, and handling incidents. Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, related areas or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum of two years of experience in project management with technology, application administration and or related duties.

Knowledge and practical experience with enterprise data bases. Basic understanding of collection applications and/or contact center applications (ex.
