About the team
Our Revenue Operations team is responsible for optimizing internal operations across departments. As a key player in this team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure that Dialpad is leveraged to its full potential within the company. This is a strategic role where you will contribute to aligning our internal systems with broader company goals.
Your role
As our Internal Product Owner / Business Systems Manager, you will strategically lead the integration of Dialpad with our internal business tools and systems, driving adoption and representing the needs of internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the VP, Revenue Operations, and be a key advisor, using your executive presence to influence high-level decision-making across the organization. This high-impact role requires you to work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives to ensure teams work smarter, not harder.
What you’ll do
Own Dialpad on Dialpad: Act as the primary executive point of contact for all things Dialpad within the organization, working with leaders in Sales, Ops, Customer Success, and Product to drive its strategic adoption. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that Dialpad’s integration aligns with broader company objectives, working with senior leadership to incorporate it into both IT and business strategies. Executive Communication: Regularly present and communicate complex system strategies to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving strategic initiatives. Systems Integration: Lead the integration of Dialpad with critical business systems like Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system utilization across all business units. Workflow Optimization: Design and implement optimized workflows that enhance team efficiency and ensure Dialpad supports the business's evolving needs. Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with senior leaders and internal teams to define feature needs, influencing development priorities based on the highest business impact. Roll-Out & Adoption: Oversee system rollouts, partnering with Enablement teams to ensure smooth transitions, high adoption rates, and continued user satisfaction. Advocate for Users: Serve as the voice of internal users, advocating for their needs and ensuring system improvements align with their business goals. Executive Engagement: Lead high-level presentations showcasing Dialpad’s capabilities, driving external engagement with prospects and customers, and demonstrating best practices.Skills you’ll bring

Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in aligning business systems and tools with broader organizational strategies. Leadership in Tools Management: Extensive experience managing internal tools or platforms, especially in business communications systems like Dialpad or equivalents. Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) integration, optimization, and workflow automation. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a focus on driving adoption and optimizing processes. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across various departments, influencing outcomes and ensuring alignment.
