Business Technical Services Analyst III

Main Responsibilities:
● Translate high level objectives provided by Software Product Management and external
clients into testable, measurable functional specifications
● Take software product feature ownership and manage full life cycle of the requirement
● Research and document functional requirements, integrating multiple sources
● Analyze and document user workflows
● Produce and maintain product backlog and participate in or drive sprint planning where
appropriate
● Assist with the prioritization of initial feature development and ongoing change requests
● Develop use cases, demonstrating how each class of user interacts with each system
function
● Ensure application interfaces address human factor design considerations
● Working closely with the development team, manage/update/communicate evolving
requirements documents through complete project life cycle
● Assist the Quality Assurance group with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases.
Log failures so that QA Analysts may follow up to ensure resolution
● Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with all levels of leadership including
Clients, Product Management, Development, UX, QA, and Support
