Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our company's expansion by driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling maintenance-related services and be adept at generating leads, setting appointments, and closing deals.
ResponsibilitiesProactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels.Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals and expand client base.Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs.Present our maintenance services effectively to potential clients.Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business.Successfully close sales and win new business.Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in maintenance-related services.Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to travel within the Greater Tampa Bay Area using the company-provided truck.Valid driver's license.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent influence, communication, and interpersonal skills.Work Environment
The work environment is a mix of in-office activities such as making calls, setting appointments, and performing administrative tasks, as well as being out in the territory on sales appointments. The territory includes Pinellas and Hillsborough County. The candidate would be the only dedicated salesperson for the company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
