The Business Training and Development Analyst will assist in managing and tracking issues within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, including Workiva, while also compiling and organizing training requirements for key project initiatives. In addition to supporting issue resolution, the analyst will play a critical role in tracking and identifying impacted desktops and operating procedures for the training team. This position involves collaborating closely with project teams, business leaders, and the issue management team to report, track, and develop closing packages for issues related to the Business Training and Development Department. The analyst will help ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with project needs and the business objectives, driving efficient and effective organizational performance.Assist in managing and tracking issues emanating from the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and WorkivaWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues associated with procedures and/or trainingDocument and report on issue related to the business training and development department and track progress to relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers, business leaders, and functional teams to identify and assess the training needs for specific project initiativesCoordinate with the training managers to analyze current skill gaps and work with stakeholders to define training objectives and requirementsCompile detailed training requirement reports and assist in aligning training materials to address specific business and project needsSupport the development and customization of training programs tailored to business objectives and employee requirementsCoordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure effective learning experiencesProvide regular updates and reports to management regarding outstanding issues, training alignments, and the impact on business performanceParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives by gathering insights from training evaluations and issue tracking to enhance future training programsWhat you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, training development, or project managementExperience in developing reports to leadership on the progress of training initiatives, issues in GRC or Workiva, and any identified issues impacting the business training and development departmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in tracking and managing multiple initiatives and prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantageAbility to create and manage reports, track training metrics, and assess the impact of training programsCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $69,460.00 - $85,803.33 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.Benefits you’ll love:
