Your Role and Responsibilities By leveraging deep asset management domain expertise, consulting acumen, and technical know-how, this role ensures the delivery of solutions that align with client business strategies and drive measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include: + Strategic Alignment with business technical stakeholder + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, data & asset management challenges, and operational goals + Translate client needs into scalable EAM solutions that foster operational efficiency and cost optimization. + Solution Design & Implementation + Design authority and implement PTCL EAM solutions, incorporating APIs and integrations with existing systems. + Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards to achieve seamless operational workflows. + Process Optimization & Transformation + Analyze and reengineer PTCL management processes to enhance asset lifecycle performance, reduce downtime, and improve ROI. + Promote adoption of predictive maintenance, IoT integration, and AI-driven insights. + Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Self Service reporting framework, enabling business users to independently generate and analyze reports. Required Technical and Professional Expertise + Should be to lead a comprehensive BSS/OSS/Maximo transformation programs, including the upgrade of Oracle Siebel CRM from a legacy user interface to open web technologies, providing a browser and device-agnostic experience. + Should be able to Execute system changes, including designing and implementing new functionalities, modifying existing processes, and integrating systems.
