**Introduction** We are seeking a candidate for the PTCL Project Maximo Stream who can work independently, meet client expectations, provide daily application support, and contribute to upcoming change requests rate to create the relevant verbiage. **Your role and responsibilities** * Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with the client. * Collaborate with the client to document findings and propose solutions. * Oversee project planning and execution. * Lead and manage the Maximo team. * Develop design documents, including FSD, HLD, LLD, integration, and configuration documents. * Map and document business process flows. * Configure the Maximo system to meet business needs. * Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Deliver Maximo system training sessions. * Support team members in both functional and technical aspects of Maximo. * Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.ruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Over 10 years of experience working with IBM Maximo. * Successfully completed at least 4 Maximo implementations. * Expertise in Maximo, WebSphere, and other infrastructure setup, including installation, build, deployment, and troubleshooting. * Proficient in Java programming and scripting languages such as Python and Jython for customizing Maximo applications to meet client requirements. * Skilled in developing BIRT reports. * Extensive experience with integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). * Proficient in Maximo configuration applications, such as Automation Scripts, Workflow, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Migration Manager, Escalations, Cron Task,Domains and Security Groups. * Knowledgeable in Oracle and SQL, including the creation of triggers and stored procedures * Proficient in developing and customizing Maximo Bean classes to extend application functionality and implement complex business logic. * Experienced in working with Mbo classes to manipulate and validate data, enforce business rules, and customize workflows. * Skilled in implementing event-based customizations using Mbo classes, such as setting default values, conditional validations, and triggering actions. * Adept at creating custom dialogs, modifying UI behaviours, and enhancing Maximo applications through Bean class extensions. * Familiar with debugging and troubleshooting issues in Maximo customizations using Bean and Mbo classes. * Expertise in integrating Maximo with external systems through Java customizations. * Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Object Structures, Automation Scripts, and the Maximo API for efficient Java customizations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills * Ability to work well in a team setting * Excellent client engagement skills * Clear oral communication skills and ability to describe complex concepts * Ability to gather requirements and document solutions * Ability to conduct planning workshops and document finding * Perform setup of various Maximo and ancillary components using XML, XSLT, SQL, Java Message Service, WebLogic, WebSphere, SQL Server or Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) * Strong knowledge of the Maximo Application Suite (versions 8 and 9). * Proficient in the prerequisite components of Maximo Application Suite, including CP4D (Cloud Pak for Data), Kafka, and MongoDB
