CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics opening for our client in Tampa, FL. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead and support business transformation initiatives through data analytics to improve organizational performance and drive innovation. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored data-driven solutions. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable business strategies. Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. Advise clients on best practices and strategies for utilizing data analytics tools and technologies. Ensure the implementation and operationalization of analytical models and frameworks. Support change management initiatives and help organizations adopt data-driven decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects on time and within scope. Skills: Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation. Experience in business transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Knowledge of industry best practices in data management and governance. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to integrate analytics into business operations. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business transformation, data analytics, or related field. Proven track record of successful project delivery in data analytics or business transformation roles. Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Experience in industries such as [insert relevant industry if applicable] is a plus. Familiarity with ETRM Scheduling in OpenLink or similar energy trading platforms is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in data analytics or business transformation (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or similar) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
