CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics opening for our client in Tampa, FL. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead the OpenLink ETRM Test team, including preparation of test strategy and test plans. Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. Develop and execute detailed test cases to ensure system functionality and requirements are met. Coordinate with business users to ensure testing aligns with business requirements. Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing phases. Analyze and troubleshoot testing issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth test execution and issue resolution. Report on test progress, results, and issues to stakeholders. Skills: Strong experience with OpenLink ETRM systems. Expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of testers. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Transformation and Data Analytics. Proven track record in leading testing teams and managing test strategies for complex systems. Experience with OpenLink ETRM systems is highly preferred. Previous experience in coordinating testing efforts with business users and other stakeholders. Experience with preparing and executing test plans, test cases, and test documentation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in testing methodologies or data analytics are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
